What it is

Professional development people
actually get up for.

You can't think your way out of a stress response. You practice your way out. Every booth is a real regulation skill in the shape of a game, so people feel what works instead of hearing about it.

Hands-on

Practice, not lecture

Toss, tap, call, pause, look again. People try skills with their bodies, not just their notebooks.

Self-paced

Choose your own adventure

Start anywhere, skip anything, stay as long as you like. Five booths unlocks the prize booth.

Personal

Not one tool for everyone

People try a dozen and keep the few that actually fit them. That's why they use them later.

Done for you

We run the whole thing

We bring the midway, set it up, staff it, and pack it out. You bring the people.

Not left hanging

We don't leave you hanging

Every attendee leaves with COPE365, so the skills keep working long after the tent comes down.

COPE365

How it works

A walk down the midway,
step by step.

  1. 01

    Step in

Attendees enter through the marquee and the Tunnel of Tiny Triggers, and feel their nervous system switch on.

  2. 02

    Learn the why

Short teaching banners explain what's happening in the body, in plain language.

  3. 03

    Play the booths

Each booth is a skill. People try them, notice which ones help, and save their favorites on their phone.

  4. 04

    Claim a prize

Five booths unlocks the prize booth. Two in three keep going after they've earned it.

  5. 05

    Take it home

They leave with the skills that worked for them, and a path to keep practicing with COPE365.

The science is serious

Lemonade can't be made
in protection mode.

The Carnival is built on neuroscience and validated therapeutic approaches, including ACT, DBT, and existential psychotherapy. The carnival part just makes the practice stick.

  • Protection, not malfunctionYour nervous system protects you first and asks questions later: fight, flight, freeze, or fawn.
  • You can exit the roller coasterA wave of emotion usually lasts about 90 seconds. Regulating helps you ride it out.
  • The shift is the first squeezeEvery booth practices the shift out of protection mode and back to your words, your view, and your empathy.

fair hosts.

Safe, private, and optional at every step.

Is this therapy?

No. It's skill-building, not treatment. People learn and practice tools for handling stress. Not therapy, and not toxic positivity.

Is it based on real science?

Yes. It's built on neuroscience and validated therapeutic approaches, including ACT, DBT, and existential psychotherapy.

Do people have to do every booth?

Never. Anyone can skip, modify, or exit anything without explanation. Five booths unlocks the prize booth; the rest is choose-your-own-adventure.

Who is it for?

Ages 13 and up. Built for real humans with real nervous systems; no wellness fluency required.

What does it take to host one?

A room and your people. We bring and staff everything else, and size the midway to your space and headcount.
